Who is Connect, and what do they do?

Connect builds and maintains MainStreet Bank’s electronic banking services. Our bank branches contact Connect for services like remote deposits, wires, and ACH originations. After obtaining necessary approvals, Connect works with our business bankers and the branch staff to fulfill customer requests.

Our Connect team members are not your average customer service reps! They take ownership of each call or chat that comes in. From simple account questions to more complex system troubleshooting, they make every effort to provide an outstanding experience to each and every customer.

To put it simply, you can think of Connect as the IT department of an office. They set up technical necessities for our customers, teach them how to use that technology, and then provide continuing support. If you need assistance, our Connect team will be available to walk you through a solution.
