Blair Horne

Blair is an experienced lender with decades of multifaceted banking experience. He takes a collaborative approach to lending, working with customers to find win-win solutions that fit their individual needs.

Blair believes in the vital role of community banks to foster economic prosperity and stability in the neighborhoods they serve, where larger banks often miss the mark. He also appreciates the personal touch that community bankers provide. He loves to meet clients of all types and is energized by their entrepreneurial spirit.

A recent addition to the MainStreet Bank team, Blair has an expert eye for local markets. He got his start in banking at the former First Virginia Banks Inc. in Falls Church. Most recently he was a Market Executive for a Maryland-based regional bank, with responsibilities that included small business, Small Business Administration and consumer lending.

Blair grew up in Northern Virginia and is a graduate of George Washington University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in political science and economics.
