Jesse Ramirez

Jesse draws on more than a decade of banking experience to provide MainStreet Bank customers with efficient solutions for all stages of the business cycle. He is well versed in helping business customers achieve their financial goals and has worked with them as they mature from the startup phase, to establishing a solid cash flow, to identifying growth opportunities and credit needs, to protecting financial resources.

Jesse’s entire banking career has been rooted in the Washington, D.C., metropolitan area. Before joining MainStreet Bank in 2022, he worked for a decade with a top 10 U.S. bank, where he began to specialize in serving the needs of small businesses in 2017. He finds that as a community banker he can focus on nurturing strong relationships with customers and on devising solutions that fit their precise needs.

A fluent Spanish speaker, Jesse studied business administration and management at Northern Virginia Community College. He is a notary public. In his local community, he is an avid supporter and volunteer for a food bank program.
