Lisa Kilgour
EVP, Chief Operating Officer

As Chief Operating Officer and a key member of the Bank’s leadership team, Ms.
Kilgour oversees MainStreet Bank’s technical operations. Ms. Kilgour has spent the
past 35 years in community banking. Her in-depth knowledge of operational systems
capabilities coupled with her understanding of the end-user experience has led Ms.
Kilgour to build a high-performing operations team since joining MainStreet Bank in
2017.
An expert in Jack Henry and Associates (JHA) financial software, Ms. Kilgour has
methodically improved the Bank’s efficiencies and reduced costs by enhancing
processes and management methods, resulting in a higher return on investment and
workflow optimization. Ms. Kilgour’s expertise in IT, electronic banking, deposit
operations and loan processing, combined with her passion to provide the ultimate
customer experience, gives MainStreet Bank a competitive advantage against other
local community banks.
Ms. Kilgour is the Chair of Virginia 1 st , an organization working with various government
agencies to address homeland security and emergency management issues affecting
financial institutions as well as the Chair of the Jack Henry Silverlake National Board
and a member of the Federal Reserves Payments Advisory Council (PAC).
Active in the community, Ms. Kilgour has served on the Jack Henry and Associates
Silverlake National Board and the Virginia Bankers Association Operations and
Technology Committee. She also volunteers for the American Legion, Purcellville
Rotary, Loudoun Homeless Shelter and Christmas with the Redskins, an annual event
to ensure underprivileged children receive gifts during the Holidays.
Ms. Kilgour attended Virginia Polytechnical Institute (Virginia Tech), the Virginia
Bankers Association Executive Leadership Program, Leadership Loudoun and the BAI
Graduate School of Bank Operations and Technology.
