Shanton Kittler
SVP, SBA Lending Manager
Shanton Kittler joined MainStreet Bank in November 2018 and currently holds the position of Senior Vice President, SBA Lending Manager. She has more than fifteen years of experience in banking including SBA, commercial lending, credit and relationship management.
Shanton is constantly attending seminars and training to stay up to date on banking and SBA related changes. She is involved with Business Network International (BNI), serves on the Board of Directors for FSC First, a certified development corporation (CDC) and Maryland Commercial Lenders Association (MCLA) an organization that is focused on providing support and SBA related education to commercial lenders. Shanton is also a mentor in the VBA Women’s Mentorship Pilot Program.
Shanton’s passion for the small business community has placed her in alignment with MainStreet’s values and mission to support businesses and the surrounding communities. She is always willing to help her clients understand all aspects of the banking process. Shanton Kittler is not just a banker but a financial partner.
