As manager of MainStreet Bank’s Washington, D.C. branch, Helen brings two decades of banking experience and a commitment to helping her customers find the best solutions for their individual needs.
Helen has a strong background in customer service. She got her professional start in the hotel industry, before transitioning to banking in 2005. Since then she’s served in many different positions, including Teller, Universal Banker, and her current role as Branch Manager. Her experience has given her keen insight into the ins and outs of the banking world.
As a long-time resident of the Washington, D.C. area, Helen takes pride in serving her local community by getting to know her customers on a personal level. To Helen, community banking is all about providing individualized service – something that big banks often fall short on.
Helen joined MainStreet Bank in 2020. With an expert knowledge of MainStreet Bank’s different products and services and a creative approach to solving problems, she is well-equipped to help customers with their unique needs and situations. Helen is Ethio/Eritrean and Speaks Amharic, Italian, and Tigrinya.
