A member of the MainStreet Bank team since 2006, Melissa excels at learning how customers operate so that she can recommend the right solutions. Her years at MainStreet Bank have given her an in-depth understanding of the bank’s operations, and she is committed to providing exceptional customer service with a personal touch. She is an excellent problem-solver who leverages a start-to-finish command of how transactions work whenever customers encounter payment issues or need to implement a new payment solution.
Melissa strives to exemplify MainStreet Bank’s emphasis on exemplary personal service and advanced technology solutions. In 2019, she was named to the Loudoun 40 under 40, a prestigious list of rising young community and business leaders. She was also named Rotarian of the Year by the Herndon Rotary Club.
Melissa has been an avid volunteer for local organizations focused on children, education, and public safety. A native of Northern Virginia, she studied business administration at Northern Virginia Community College.
