As the manager of MainStreet Bank’s Clarendon Branch, in Arlington, Virginia, Nasise is committed to making sure all customers have a great banking experience.
Nasise has worked for big banks and community banks over a 13-year career. She loves the culture of community banks and how they allow her to form real connections with clients. At MainStreet Bank, customers are so much more than a number, and Nasise takes the time to get to know her customers so she can provide them with the personalized service they deserve.
Nasise first started at MainStreet Bank in 2020 as a customer service representative before being promoted first to assistant branch manager, and then to branch manager. Her different roles have given her top-notch customer service and problem-solving skills that help her to assist customers with any banking need they may have.
Nasise holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from St. Cloud State University’s Herberger Business School. Originally from Ethiopia, she is fluent in both English and Amharic and can serve customers in either language.
In her personal time, she’s an active volunteer with her church, where she’s served as treasurer and on the fundraising committee.
