Oliver brings over 25 years of banking experience to his role as SVP, Director of Commercial & Industrial and Gov Con Lending at MainStreet Bank. He is passionate about empowering businesses’ growth, leveraging his industry experience to provide clients with the essential tools they need to succeed.
As an expert in government contractor lending, asset-based lending, and cash management services, Oliver offers technical expertise paired with a personalized, customer-focused banking approach. He has demonstrated a true talent for helping clients reach new heights while building enduring partnerships, and is proud to have maintained client relationships that span over 20 years and multiple career transitions.
Oliver has dedicated his career to serving the Northern Virginia region. Originally from the United Kingdom, he began his banking career in the United States in 2001. Starting as a relationship manager, Oliver steadily advanced into leadership roles before joining MainStreet Bank in 2026. With a deep knowledge of local markets, he is committed to helping the community thrive through the success of its local businesses.
Outside of the bank, Oliver is actively engaged in his community. He volunteers for local organizations like Habitat for Humanity and Northern Virginia Family Services, and is an avid supporter of the Loudoun County Symphony Orchestra.
