Rudy excels in building lasting relationships with customers by meeting their intricate banking needs. In her work with businesses, developers, nonprofits, government contractors, and individuals, Rudy leverages more than 20 years of banking experience across the Greater Washington, D.C., metro area.
Her knowledge of banking is expansive, encompassing all facets of business deposits, lending, and treasury management. She draws on this knowledge to serve as her customers’ bridge to MainStreet Bank’s lending team.
One of Rudy’s earliest banking roles was as an assistant branch manager at MainStreet Bank during its earliest stages of growth. She rejoined the Bank in May 2023 after 11 successful years with other area banks and was attracted to return because she loves the customer-centric community banking model that MainStreet Bank exemplifies. Her diverse experiences have formed her into an effective partner to customers with complex financial requirements.
Rudy earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Tishreen University and an MBA from University of Phoenix.
She is an active member of the Greater Reston Chamber of Commerce and the Dulles Regional Chamber of Commerce. Rudy supports multiple nonprofit organizations including CORE Foundation, Cornerstones, and Western Fairfax Christian Ministries. She is also a member of the Rotary Club of Herndon-Reston.
