Tom Floyd has been with MainStreet Bank since 2017 and is currently a Executive Vice President and Chief Lending Officer. With Tom’s expertise in real estate and construction lending, it is no surprise that he is one of MainStreet Bank’s top performing lenders. He is passionate about helping his clients achieve positive outcomes with their real estate projects and financing needs. Before working at MainStreet Bank, Tom was the Commercial Lending Team Lead for another community bank in Maryland.
Tom holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance with a Minor in International Studies, Cum Laude, from Virginia Tech. He is also a graduate of the Virginia Bankers School of Bank Management, where he finished in the top 10% of the class.
Tom has an extensive knowledge about lending into all types of projects and is passionate about helping make the community in which he works and lives a better place. MainStreet Bank offers Tom the flexibility to always do what is right for his customers.
