Todd Youngren
EVP, Director of Commercial and Treasury Services
As Director of Commercial and Treasury Services, Todd oversees the strategic direction of the bank’s treasury services, merchant services, and branch banking operations. With nearly 40 years of experience in treasury management and financial technology, he brings a unique perspective from both sides of the desk – having excelled in selling bank services, purchasing bank services, and developing payment solutions throughout his career.
Todd earned an MBA in finance from Marymount University and worked at various regional banks as a treasury management sales consultant. In 1999, he joined Sallie Mae, where he played a pivotal role in the development of a first-of-its-kind disbursement card solution. The project processed over half a billion dollars in its first year and won Sallie Mae’s 2007 Product of the Year award. After Sallie Mae, Todd continued his career in the fintech space, developing solutions for nonprofits and processing consumer tax payments.
Todd joined MainStreet Bank in 2019, initially as the Director, and then as President of Avenu, the bank’s financial technology division. In 2025, he became the Director of Commercial and Treasury Services. Todd is passionate about leveraging financial technology to help customers move their money faster and manage their data more effectively. He highly values MainStreet Bank’s community-driven approach and emphasis on local decision.
