Notifying MainStreet Bank to process your International Wire
The final step to process your international wire (regardless of if your organization has chosen to utilize the dual control feature) is to notify MainStreet Bank for final approval. Before sending the wire for approval, the payment must be entered and saved.
Set Up My 2FA for Remote Deposit
As an added layer of security to our remote deposit scanning system, all users are enabled with two-factor authentication using the Symantec VIP app. Once you download and configure your token, you will need to enter a new code each time you login.
Send a Domestic Wire
To send a wire through Digital Banking, you should have all the creditor (recipient) information ready. If dual control is required for your company, one individual will need to create the wire, and another will need to initiate it.
Export My Account Transactions
Digital Banking allows you to export transactions for your personal records in various file types (i.e. CSV, TXT, OFX, QBO, or QFX). Once exported, your records can be used in other financial or reconciliation programs or provided to an accountant or bookkeeper.
Make a Transfer
To begin organizing your internal or external transfers, sign in to Digital Banking and select Transfers. Transfers enable you to plan a recurring, future-dated transfer or submit a one-time transfer.
Add Bills and Income to Cashflow
Cashflow Insights through Digital Banking is designed to help you monitor and plan your cash flow by tracking how much money comes in and out of your account(s).
Add and View Net Worth in Insights
Digital Banking’s Net Worth feature makes it easier than ever to track your investments, value, and overall financial well-being. Net Worth is a financial metric that calculates the difference between your assets (owned) and liabilities (owed).
Edit Your Transaction Details
Digital Banking allows you to edit your transactions by adding tags, notes, images, and attachments. It’s a simple way of personalizing and organizing your account history to make it easier for you to search for specific transactions.
Link an External Account
Linking an external account entails connecting an account from another financial institution to your Digital Banking. Linking the accounts allows you to see both the balances and the transaction data in one location.
