Initiate a Stop Payment
If you wish to place a stop payment, it is important to act quickly. Using Digital Banking you can place a Stop Payment on a check before it is processed through your account. Please note that stop payments are not permissible on already paid items, contact your local branch for more information.
Upload Checks via CSV for Positive Pay
Check files should always be uploaded through Digital Banking before checks are distributed. Checks can be uploaded manually or via a CSV file. If you would prefer to upload your checks manually, see our guide on How to Manually Upload Checks for Positive Pay.
Work Positive Pay Exceptions
When a check or ACH item is presented for payment to an account enrolled in Positive Pay, the item will first be checked against the running list of approved items (matched to the check number, amount, and payee name) or filters. Items flagged as an exception need to be worked prior to 11am EST each day.

Link an External Account
Linking an external account entails connecting an account from another financial institution to your Digital Banking. Linking the accounts allows you to see both the balances and the transaction data in one location.

Digital Banking allows you to edit your transactions by adding tags, notes, images, and attachments. It’s a simple way of personalizing and organizing your account history to make it easier for you to search for specific transactions.
Add and View Net Worth in Insights
Digital Banking’s Net Worth feature makes it easier than ever to track your investments, value, and overall financial well-being. Net Worth is a financial metric that calculates the difference between your assets (owned) and liabilities (owed).
Add Bills and Income to Cashflow
Cashflow Insights through Digital Banking is designed to help you monitor and plan your cash flow by tracking how much money comes in and out of your account(s).
Make a Transfer
To begin organizing your internal or external transfers, sign in to Digital Banking and select Transfers. Transfers enable you to plan a recurring, future-dated transfer or submit a one-time transfer.
Export My Account Transactions
Digital Banking allows you to export transactions for your personal records in various file types (i.e. CSV, TXT, OFX, QBO, or QFX). Once exported, your records can be used in other financial or reconciliation programs or provided to an accountant or bookkeeper.
