Add Bills and Income to Cashflow
Cashflow Insights through Digital Banking is designed to help you monitor and plan your cash flow by tracking how much money comes in and out of your account(s).
Make a Transfer
To begin organizing your internal or external transfers, sign in to Digital Banking and select Transfers. Transfers enable you to plan a recurring, future-dated transfer or submit a one-time transfer.
Export My Account Transactions
Digital Banking allows you to export transactions for your personal records in various file types (i.e. CSV, TXT, OFX, QBO, or QFX). Once exported, your records can be used in other financial or reconciliation programs or provided to an accountant or bookkeeper.
Send a Domestic Wire
To send a domestic wire through Digital Banking, you will need to have the payee/beneficiary with all their receiving bank information and any special instructions (if applicable) on hand.
Initiate a Stop Payment
If you wish to place a stop payment, it is important to act quickly. Using Digital Banking you can place a Stop Payment on a check before it is processed through your account. Please note that stop payments are not permissible on already paid items, contact your local branch for more information.
Notifying MainStreet Bank to process your International Wire
The final step to process your international wire (regardless of if your organization has chosen to utilize the dual control feature) is to notify MainStreet Bank for final approval. Before sending the wire for approval, the payment must be entered and saved.
Incoming Wire and ACH Payment Instructions
If you need to provide your account information to a third party for payment, or if you are looking to fund your new account via wire or ACH, you can use the following details to ensure your payment is received as expected.
Update Two-Factor Authentication
Digital Banking offers Two-Factor authentication for your security. You have the option of updating your authentication when you believe it is required/needed.
Manage My Debit Card
Do you need to activate a new debit card? Have you misplaced your debit card? Simply log in to Digital Banking to activate or freeze your card. You can also report your debit card lost/stolen.
Enroll and Set Up Bill Pay
Bill pay is a convenient and secure way to pay all your bills from one place. Once enrolled, you can add your payees (companies or people). After you are enrolled and have added your payees, see our guide for How to Send a Bill Pay to schedule one-time or recurring payments.
